Hey! I’m Nicole

I’m an accountant by trade and an amateur environmentalist, who is trying to live a budget friendly and sustainable life, at heart.

When I’m not accounting or attempting to blog, I’m probably stress baking or trying a new recipe (quarantine gives me limited options). When we aren’t in a social distancing situation, I’m out with my horse, Lila, breaking a bone, catching some weird illness, or playing fetch with my cat (he thinks that he is a dog.
