When I have the time, I’m a big fan of boxed pancake mixes (the coconut ones from Trader Joe’s are delicious) and if I’m in a rush, I stick some peanut putter on a tortilla with a banana. If I’m feeling extra creative, I make a recipe and stick it on here.
Banana Quinoa Breakfast Bars
If you have the time, these are a great bake ahead breakfast bar. They are hearty and leave you full. I relied on these most mornings in college.
*Try replacing the syrup with honey
*I used a quinoa blend, it doesn’t have to be white.
*Add I added whole (instead of ground) flaxseeds, throw coconut, chia seeds, freeze dried strawberries, or basically anything else you have in the kitchen.
