Cookies

They are basically portion controlled sweets… I make my cookies extra large so that I can still tell everyone (and myself) that I only ate ~ONE~.

Nutella Filled Funfetti Cookies
Freeze tsps of Nutella and wrap the dough around them, bake, and have everyone rave about how good they are.

*Keep the Nutella balls in the freezer. They thaw FAST.

*Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 min. before you start baking.

Use This Recipe if you don’t want to make the dough completely from scratch.

Hot Cocoa Cookies
If you don’t want the peppermint ones below, these are a great alternative.

*Fluff worked a bit better because the marshmallow got a bit hard after a day of two. If you are eating them all immediately (I don’t judge) then the marshmallows will do fine.

*I added a sprinkle of dark chocolate on top for the ~aesthetic~.

White Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Cocoa Cookies

These taste like you’re in a chalet, sitting by the fire after a long day of skiing. The BF just said that they are better than Thin Mints.

*The peppermint sprinkles are optional.  I left them off some and sprinkled the others with the Andes peppermint chips.

White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies
These were the first cookies that I fell in love with. I usually double the recipe because friends and neighbors always ask for them when strawberries are in season.

*Try them with different summer fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or peaches.
